Not happy with your gear? Return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: a prepaid label comes in your package.

Our return policy

  • Start a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new: unworn and unwashed.
  • Return shipping is free. Use the prepaid return label included in your package.
  • No restocking fees.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return.
  • Prefer a different size or style? We'll exchange it.
  • This policy covers orders shipped within Canada. For an order shipped to the United States, contact us before sending it back.

How to return or exchange

  1. Contact us to let us know what's up and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Pack up your gear, in its original packaging if possible, and attach the prepaid return label from your package.
  3. Drop it off with the carrier. Once it reaches us, we'll refund you within 10 days, or send out your exchange.

Damaged or defective gear

Defective gear can be returned too. Contact us with photos of the damage or defect, and we'll replace or refund it as soon as possible.
