Pickleball Elbow Support

A compression elbow sleeve gives the whole joint warmth and a snug, supported feel through long sessions of dinks and backhands. Klyng's sleeve adds silicone pads on both sides of the elbow. If the pain sits on the outside of your elbow when you grip, see a physio: a strap or a change of grip may help more.

Shop the gear

Our sleeve: the Pro Pickleball Elbow Compression Sleeve, with silicone pads on both sides. Sold single, sizes S to XL.

How to choose

  • Your elbow feels worn out after three hours of play: the sleeve.
  • Sharp pain on the outside of the elbow when you grip a paddle or a coffee cup: get assessed first. A sleeve can sit alongside a physio's plan, not replace it.

Sizing

Use the elbow sleeve chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, contact us and we'll help you pick.

What a sleeve won't do

It won't fix the grip, paddle weight or swing habits that usually cause pickleball elbow.

When to see a physio

Pain that's still there two weeks after a break from play, pain that wakes you at night, weakness in your grip, or numbness or tingling in your hand.

Questions

It's the common name for pain on the outside of the elbow from repeated gripping and backhand strokes, the same problem as tennis elbow. It builds up from overuse, not one bad shot.
